Frankston Packaging’s Eldred Takes Reins at PPC (TAPPI) 45th Chairman of PCC (2014)

During the recent Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC), Springfield, Mass., USA, Fall Meeting and Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Ga., former Chairman of the Board Stephen Scherger of Graphic Packaging International inducted Kyle Eldred of Frankston Packaging Co. as PPC’s 45th chair. Eldred purchased Frankston Packaging in 2000 with Norm Bullock and since then, the firm has enjoyed 13 years of record sales revenue and EBITDA. Eldred has been active with PPC for more than a decade, elected to the board in 2000 and to the executive committee in 2012. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (DFW Chapter) and a member of the board or Holy Sheets and Little Hands Big Hearts Charities in Southlake, Texas. “I am honored to represent the folding carton industry as chairman of PPC,” said Eldred. “In starting where Steve Scherger left off, I plan to work with members and other industry leaders to refine our vision and strategic initiatives, thereby positioning PPC for optimal growth.”
